Beautifully honest, traditional BaoZhong Oolong from natural farm in PingLin.
Farm is located near FeiTzui Water Reservoir and farmers here feel deeply responsible to protect rich ecosystem of this area which is one of the most diverse ecosystems in whole Taiwan. Sustainability and pollution free farming is their highest priority therefore they use the same way of farming as did their ancestors. They lay rice straw between the plants to prevent the weeds and use self made fermented soybeans as a natural fertilizer. Their work is hard but honest and joyful as is their tea.
