SHIPPING & RETURN

I use Taiwan post for shipping, and will do my best to ship your order within 3 days. If for any reason (traveling, being at the tea mountain,...) will be unable send in this time, I will contact you personally or if my delay will be predictable I will put notification on Home Page.

Over 100 USD Shipping is FREE worldwide. Under 100 USD I use flat rate 10 USD.

I try to use minimum of package to reduce waste so I might just use an old newspapers or reused packaging to protect your tea.

 

At the post office I mark your package as "gift" so you can to avoid tax, but please note that if your package is stopped by local customs in your country, it is purely your responsibility to deal with.

If your package is returned to Taiwan because provided address was wrong or "addressee not reached", I will have to charge you full postage fee in case of sending your package for second time.
